long-term assets.

Commercial Mortgage
Long-term note with maturities up to twenty-five (25) years.
Utilized for the purchase or refinance of either owner-occupied or investor
commercial property

Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans
U.S. SBA Guaranteed term loan
financing and owner occupied commercial real estate mortgages up to
90% LTV

Personal or Individual Loans
